Who We Are
- The Media Buyer is a detail-oriented team player who helps SRW | CA client brands in the better-for-you CPG world drive engagement and sales through social, digital and retail media plans. They're meticulous with numbers and enjoy being hands-on with campaign set-up, execution and optimizations. They play an integral role in maximizing budgets and delivering results.
- The Media Buyer works directly with our Senior Paid Media Managers to decipher details and budgets across many client accounts and many platforms at once. They are diligent about tracking spends, deciphering nuances across platforms, ensuring creative delivery is accurate and always optimize, optimize, optimize. They also assist the team with dashboard set-ups and pulling various data for reporting metrics.
- Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills

What You'll Do at C.A. Fortune
Set up and deploy paid media campaigns across social, digital and retail media channelsManage campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimizations – including budget management, compiling creative assets / copy, and ad trafficking for :Social : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTubeGoogle : Paid Search, Demand Gen, Performance MaxProgrammatic : Self-serve DSP, CTV, OOHRetail Media : Instacart, Amazon, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart Connect, Roundel, Ibotta, Kroger and moreMonitor performance trends daily to identify trends and optimize campaigns based on client goalsProvide data and reporting dashboard support for monthly client reporting calls and internal staff meetings; input key insights regularlyAnalyze KPIs and provide recommendations for account improvement across channelsPerform paid media channel audits, make recommendations for improvements, and stay up to date on best practicesDemonstrate a sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability for moving the agency and clients' businesses forwardWhat You Should Bring to the Table
Experience working with CPG brands is mandatoryMust have experience managing budgets and campaigns across social advertising platforms, display and search tactics, and retail media; OR, demonstrate expertise in at least one of the areas listedAbility to juggle many client projects simultaneously with little oversightStrong attention to detail and organization skills, paired with clear verbal and written communicationKnowledge and passion for all things digital / socialSocial Media black belt - expert user of organic social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and the up-and-comersGoogle black belt - continually developing expertise in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and SEOCertifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media Platforms, Email marketing, and SEO are a plusExperience working in or ability to learn retail media platformsComprehensive understanding of digital technology and terminologyYou Will Stand Out If You Have
