The Inside sales representative promotes products and services offered by Saris Infrastructure to existing and new clients. This vital team member collaborates closely with customers, business partners, the sales and operations team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Quotations, Negotiations, and order entry : The sales representative prepares and delivers accurate quotations to clients, engaging in negotiations when required to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies.
- Pipeline Management : Maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline is essential for tracking leads, opportunities, and progress. The representative must diligently record and update customer information, interactions, and sales-related data in the company's CRM system.
- Coordination: Work closely with the outside teams and project tracking apps (Building Connected, Construct Connect) to qualify new customers and upcoming projects, assigning them to himself or within the sales team.
- Tradeshows and Events : Assist in the organization, and attend tradeshows and events.
- Lunch and Learns: Assist in planning, organize, and execute Lunch & Learn events with architecture/design firms in need to acquire AIA credits – effectively communicate this plan with the lunch & learn presenter, by maintaining a schedule with upcoming sessions. Follow up with all attendee’s firm prior to each session. Collect feedback from attendees after each event.
- Customer service and Account Management expertise: A crucial aspect of the role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients. The sales representative must engage with clients to understand their requirements, answer queries, and address concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting customer experience – via e-mail, phone or in-person if needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for conveying information effectively, building rapport with clients, and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
- Customer Focus: The ability to understand customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and offer tailored solutions is vital for building strong customer relationships.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks ensures that sales targets are met, and client interactions are adequately addressed.
- Team Player: Collaborating with colleagues from sales, marketing, and other departments fosters a cohesive and successful work environment. Strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics.
- Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
