As a logistics coordinator, you will coordinate, prepare, and manage transportation and shipping documents. Attention to detail is key to review shipment details prior to distributions and collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs.

As a logistics coordinator, you will coordinate, prepare, and manage transportation and shipping documents. Attention to detail is key to review shipment details prior to distributions and collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs.
Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position (but not limited to):
- Coordinating transportation with our carriers
- Ensure vendor compliance with all shipping policies
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Obtaining, tracking and manage shipping details and documents
- Manage distribution and shipment arrangement as necessary
- Providing quick critical thinking and problem- solving skills
- Create, provide, analyze daily reports accordingly
- Communicate with different departments within the company network
- 3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit for extended periods of time, stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run
- Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
- Must be able to work in an office setting
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must pass a Background Check
