C.A. Jones is seeking a Product Trainer - Pipefitter for a contract opportunity in South Carolina.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
0 years with Bachelors; Apprentice School graduate.
o Thorough knowledge of marine pipefitting skills (Cutting/Fitting of pipe, identification of pipe joint types and reading of drawings).
o Ability to communicate effectively with adult learners and to maintain good relationships with staff and students.
o Flexibility to work different shifts.
o Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Required PPE Ear Muffs, Face mask, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS:
5/40 workweek. 7:00-3:30.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $27.95 - $31.05 per hour
