Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Data Manager to lead a team responsible for managing and optimizing our digital/data presence. The ideal candidate will oversee data specialists, front-end web specialists, and site merchandisers, ensuring that all data-related aspects of our website and digital channels are effectively managed and optimized. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, data management, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage a team of data specialists, front-end web specialists, and site merchandisers.
Mentor, guide, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Establish clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with broader digital strategy.
Digital Data Management:
Oversee the management and optimization of digital data across all platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all digital channels.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Website & Digital Channel Optimization:
Collaborate with front-end web specialists to optimize the user experience and performance of the website.
Work closely with site merchandisers to ensure product data is accurately displayed and effectively marketed.
Analyze digital metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure digital initiatives support overall business goals.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Project Management:
Lead digital data-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital data management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and content management systems.
Proven experience leading and managing a team.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Skills:
