Marketing Development Expert - (In Office - Austin Metro Area)
C.A.M.P. (Care Advocates for Medical Management Professionals) is looking for a strategic, results-driven Marketing & Audience Development Leader to drive our mission forward. If you're an expert in conversion marketing, audience growth, and strategic execution , this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
The Role :
We need a p erformance-driven marketing professional who thrives on delivering results on time and within budget . You’ll play a key role in launching our beta website, leading audience development efforts, and building a comprehensive marketing strategy that fuels our mission to support critical care providers across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities :
Beta Website Launch – Drive traffic, optimize conversion rates, and execute a strategic go-to-market plan.
Audience Development – Lead strategies to grow, engage, and retain our audience across multiple platforms.
Marketing Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a roadmap that aligns with C.A.M.P.’s long-term expansion goals.
Social Media Growth – Oversee content strategy, engagement, and paid / organic growth across platforms.
Email Marketing & CRM – Design high-impact campaigns, optimize engagement, and refine audience segmentation.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics to track performance, optimize strategies, and drive key metrics.
Corporate Partnerships – Build relationships for sponsorships, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Copywriting & Content Development – Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.
Online & Print Media Background – Experience in publishing, digital marketing, or media platforms is a plus.
Medical Marketing Expertise (Bonus!) – Understanding of healthcare audiences and industry-specific marketing strategies.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Proven experience in conversion marketing, audience growth, and performance-driven strategy.
- Strong background in budget management and deadline execution.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and paid media.
- Skilled in email marketing, CRM tools, and audience analytics.
- Ability to develop and manage corporate partnerships.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (please provide examples).
- Experience in medical marketing is a huge plus!
