Description
The Amazon Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon seller accounts across multiple countries, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Amazon sales, with expertise in handling international accounts, product listings and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Data Analysis: Study sales trends, both upward and downward, and take actionable steps to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling on Amazon, with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and Amazon Marketplace policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with inventory management and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
