Crew Leaders:
Looking for ambitious, ready to work, dependable employees!
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current driver's license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation daily.
- Must have experience and knowledge in hauling equipment and trailers of various sizes.
- Must be able to directly supervise and work along with 3-5 employees.
- Must be motivated and efficient. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, as a team, have a great attitude and stay on task.
- Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Must have previous experience working for a commercial landscape company.
- Must possess proper knowledge of working with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers.
- Must be able to understand and execute directions and instructions given to you by your supervisors.
Crew leaders are expected to:
- Manage a route with a crew to perform landscape maintenance for customers.
- Responsible for ensuring highest quality service has been provided.
- Must ensure team members are working properly and efficient.
- Maintain equipment maintenance, ensure cleanliness and appearance of truck, trailer, and equipment.
Pay begins at $18/hour and we normally operate on a 4 day work week (3 day weekend).
