This experienced Senior Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale education facilities in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on ground-up K-14 education projects in California and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate subs effectively
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate project updates to subs and vendors
- Perform additional field management duties as needed
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000
- Additional benefits, including ESOP and premium health, dental, and vision benefits
