The Hiring Need:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale education facilities in Los Angeles County. This individual will report directly to the Project Executive and Vice President, providing opportunities for growth and exposure to high-level executives within the leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate subs effectively
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate project updates to subs and vendors
- Perform additional field management duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in construction superintendent or field management capacity
- Prior experience working on ground-up K-14 education projects in California
Compensation Package:
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000 based on work experience. Additional benefits include an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), company-wide annual discretionary bonus, potential sign-on bonus, and premium health, dental, and vision benefits.
