About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent to join our Los Angeles K-14 Education Building Division. This individual will oversee the construction of a $120 million ground-up higher education development in Monterey Park, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate subs
- Build positive relationships with owners, architects, designers, property managers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate project schedules to subs and vendors
- Perform additional field management duties
Requirements:
- 5-8 years' experience as a construction superintendent or in field management for a full-service commercial general contractor in California
- Prior experience working on ground-up K-14 education facilities in California
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary ($175,000 - $225,000) based on experience
