C & B CUSTOM MODULAR, INC. is seeking an experienced individual to work as a Cleaner/Final Finisher.

C & B's combined experience and knowledge in the manufacturing of custom modular is over 90 years. C & B is very dedicated to the quality of each unit that is manufactured in our facility. Each unit undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality control department as well as licensed inspectors before a unit leaves our facility.
THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION
Duties
- Putty the trim and walls inside/outside of units
- Paint outside of unit
- Be able to caulk/putty
- Touch ups on inside and outside of units
- Clean the floors- carpet or tile
- Ceiling touchups
- Must be able to lift all materials
- Must be able to get up and down on a ladder
- Must be able to get down on the floors to scrape clean
Qualifications
Previous Commercial Modular Construction experience
Previous Cleaner/Final Finisher Experience
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
