This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD at our Field Support Office. This person will be responsible for representing the company with online sales of agricultural and turf products.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for the sale of residential and agricultural equipment to customers
- Manages and follows up on all sales leads generated from social media and from web traffic.
- Identifies, and suggests complementary products for customers to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Works to provide customers with all aspects of the quote, including but not limited to: taxes, trade in value, discounts, etc.
- Responsible for getting up to speed and staying current on product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment.
- Monitors website traffic and helps to adjust our marketing strategy working with our marketing team.
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchase.
- Arranges for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during sales process.
Qualifications:
- Based in Sioux Falls, SD at our Field Support Office
- Agriculture equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
