We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Service Technician to join our team at one of our John Deere dealerships located in Culbertson, Montana. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service on new and used ag equipment.
Job Summary:
- To assist the Service Manager and technicians in the efficient operation of the department
- To maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- To assist service technicians with repairs and maintenance of agricultural and outdoor power equipment
- To load and unload parts and equipment
- To maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols
- To assist customers with loading, unloading, and operating equipment
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to operate a forklift are essential requirements for this role.
