What are the responsibilities and job description for the Excavation Foreman position at C Bar L Development LLC?
We are a growing excavation company based out of Terrebonne, Oregon and serve all of Central Oregon. Our ideal candidate is someone with 2 years of experience with commercial excavation/civil construction management. This could be as a foreman, superintendent, project manager, etc. This person will be able to lead a team of operators and laborers to complete projects from start to finish. We run nice, newer CAT equipment (excavators, dozers, skid steers, graders, etc.) The majority of our work is local to Central Oregon. Requirements:
1. 2 years of excavation site management. Must have experience with commercial excavation (Subdivision infrastructure, Storm systems, fire water/vault installation, experience working in city ROW's, large slab prep, pavement prep, etc. )
2. Ability to pass pre employment drug screening.
3. Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
4. Ability to read and decipher plans.
5. Be a team player.
6. GPS knowledge is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
