Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive customer experience by effectively cleaning and clearing drains on the first visit, ensuring compliance with applicable codes to minimize refunds and callbacks.
• Utilize drain cleaning equipment, including high-pressure water jets and augers, to clear blockages and maintain drainage systems.
• Assess drain issues and develop efficient solutions for cleaning and repair.
• Collaborate with contractors to evaluate client needs and assist in planning drainage layouts.
• Determine necessary materials for each project and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes and plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections of drainage systems using video inspection tools to identify issues.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of service, including model, serial numbers, and installation dates in Service Titan.
• Ensure all tasks comply with local building codes and state regulations.
• Order necessary parts for appointments and ensure readiness for each workday.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Drain Cleaner with a solid understanding of residential drain systems.
• Proficiency in using drain cleaning tools and plumbing equipment.
• Familiarity with various pipe materials, fittings, and fixtures commonly used in residential drainage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex drainage issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and friendly.
• Exceptional customer service skills, committed to exceeding customer expectations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
