ABOUT C & C AUTOMOTIVE:

Founded in 1977, C & C Automotive has six locations to serve the automotive repair and new tire needs of customers in Augusta, North Augusta, Martinez, and Grovetown, GA, Aiken County, and Columbia, SC, as well as surrounding areas.

A peek into a day in the life of the Shop General Manager:

• Ensure sales and gross profit goals are met, maintaining optimal inventory levels and overseeing shop workflow for efficiency and quality.
• Work directly with our customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions that will improve their automotive situation creating sales and profit at an appropriate level to meet business cost and create profits so the business can continue to grow and expand.
• Implement and manage business plans to achieve financial goals and continuous improvement.
• Oversee building maintenance, security, and manage daily operations, including cash handling and reporting.
• Review sales, production and other reports each morning, develop and implement a plan to keep business on track to achieving exceptional customer service, productions, sale and profit goals.
• Lead and manage a team of Auto Technicians, a Service advisor, and shop helper, helping them to their maximum potential and ensuring customer satisfaction.

THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

• Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and a strong background in retail automotive service and repair.
• Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in automotive service sales and customer service.
• Well organized, focused and able to provide leadership in guiding the business to higher levels.
