Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Artist III, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and functional artwork while maintaining efficiency and quality. Your role will involve:
- Creating custom screen-prints, signage, promotional items (ASI), and speculative art to meet client needs.
- Managing your art production schedule efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
- Mentoring and training less experienced artists, helping them develop their skills.
- Developing standard operating procedures to enhance workflow within the Art Department.
- Innovating and introducing new artistic techniques and creative solutions.
- Providing timely and professional support to customers regarding their design needs.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should bring a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership. We’re looking for someone with:
- An associate’s degree in art/design or equivalent industry experience.
- 3 years of successful experience in the creative industry.
- Screen printing experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong skills in composition, typography, color theory, and vector design.
- A professional approach to collaborating with customers and coworkers.
