C.C. Creations, a leading company in the embroidery and screen print manufacturing industry, is looking for a skilled and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our production equipment, building systems, and fleet vehicles. Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and production processes. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance duties to support the efficiency and safety of our facility:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair production machines, plant equipment, and building systems.
- Perform emergency and scheduled repairs of machinery and ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, fleet vehicles, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose problems and make necessary adjustments using hand and power tools.
- Read equipment manuals and interpret work orders to execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Handle plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and basic electrical maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly workspaces.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as electric meters to assess and repair equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 4 years of relevant maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School diploma or GED (required).
- Mechanical and pneumatic experience (required).
- HVAC license and electrician experience (preferred).
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (extreme temperatures).
- Capability to stand, walk, and climb ladders/stairs for extended periods (8 hours per day).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely as part of daily tasks.
- Valid Driver’s License – Class C.
- Flexible availability, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and personal hand tools.
- Must be available to respond to emergency situations when required.
Preferred Skills & Abilities
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities:
- Knowledge of: Construction, equipment troubleshooting, fire/safety regulations, and utility systems.
- Skill in: Selecting appropriate tools, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Ability to: Read blueprints, follow instructions, estimate material usage, and use maintenance software.
- Experience with screen printing and embroidery machines is a plus!
