Responsibilities
Your role as a Retail Associate is essential in ensuring our store runs smoothly and customers receive the best shopping experience. In this position, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer experience by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stay knowledgeable about store products, promotions, and policies to accurately assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring proper handling of cash and media.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization by replenishing merchandise, managing displays, and ensuring signage is up to date.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance store performance and meet sales goals.
- Support store operations, including housekeeping, inventory restocking, and assisting with promotional setups.
