Responsibilities
As a Retail Stocker, you will work directly with the Stocking Supervisor to manage a variety of essential duties, including:
- Stocking Texas A&M apparel and ASI products to maintain store availability.
- Ensuring floor size ratios align with available inventory.
- Assisting with inventory control, physical counts, and merchandise management.
- Communicating and investigating any inventory discrepancies.
- Managing the transport of incoming retail orders and verifying delivery paperwork.
- Coordinating with the Receiving Team and Buying Team to ensure urgent restocking is completed daily.
- Providing on-site stocking and back-stocking support during Texas A&M home football games, large sales weekends, and other major retail events.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Assisting in onsite and offsite Warehouse-hosted events as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
- A passion for retail and merchandise management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to analyze and resolve inventory challenges efficiently.
- The ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong relationship and networking skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to learn new software such as Counterpoint and Impress.
- The ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A Whatever-It-Takes attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and an "All In" mentality.
