About the Role
As a Sales Support II, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our sales team.
You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse — freeing up our sales representatives to focus on revenue-generating responsibilities — while ensuring customer orders, quotes, and online stores are handled with precision and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do
Manage online store administration, including order entry, store setup, processing orders, running reports, and shipping preparation.
Process order and quote entries of moderate complexity with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Support special orders and customized store requests.
Assist with in-store customer pickups and service needs.
Coordinate with Accounting to process credits, return authorizations, and ensure seamless financial tracking.
Jump in wherever needed to support sales growth and drive customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
High School diploma or GED required.
2 years of customer service or administrative workplace experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM software, and sales tools.
Impeccable communication skills — verbal and written — and a strong commitment to service.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
Energetic, positive, and collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset.
Punctuality and professionalism in every interaction.
Bonus Points For
Experience with e-commerce, website management, or basic graphic design.
Familiarity with the promotional products or apparel industry.
