JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Web Development and Internet Marketing company. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to execute and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients. In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for assisting with sales and customer support efforts. You will work alongside our team of experts and have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the team to execute and implement dynamic digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify potential keywords to target for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
Develop and optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and website copy, to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
Manage and monitor search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to ensure they are delivering the desired results and meeting the client’s objectives.
Create and manage reports on digital marketing performance, and communicate insights and recommendations to the team and clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service.
Assist with website analytics and tracking, including setting up and managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Contribute to social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including email list management, template creation, and tracking and reporting on email campaign performance.
Take on additional digital marketing tasks as needed and support the team in meeting client objectives.
Assist with sales efforts, including identifying potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and conducting follow-up communications.
Provide exceptional customer support to existing clients, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SEO, SEM, email marketing, or social media.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
Experience managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and optimizing website content for search engines and user engagement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about digital marketing, sales, and customer support, and the opportunity to learn and grow in the industry.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
