Sales and Delivery Associate

Route sales and delivery position for established route with much potential for growth throughout the state of Virginia, with a local Dairy Sales, Service and Supply company. No overnight travel. CDL B with Hazmat required (Company will help obtain). Great position for an ambitious, self-directed person who desires to help and support the customer, and can follow directions from management. Agricultural experience quite helpful, and preferred. Good organizational skills are a must. Position delivers monthly chemicals and other supplies necessary for daily dairy parlor operations, and partners with customers for their successful farm endeavors, including light preventative maintenance-type service. Job is responsible for properly tracking sales and pertinent information to supply correct products to farm. Heavy lifting is required, as this position also loads the route delivery truck and assists in the warehouse with chemicals and supplies. Training is provided on milking procedure and products, and other as needed. Weekly pay plus monthly commission based on sales. Position works Mon - Fri., starting at 7:00am. Summary In the role of Route Sales & Delivery, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service, while ensuring timely deliveries of correct products, and billing customers correctly, thereby driving sales. You will utilize your skills in driving, communication, and service to build strong relationships with clients. With a focus on organizational skills and time management, you will efficiently handle inventory and optimize routes. Your relationship with customers, and knowledge of our products will enhance revenue opportunities, ie., commission, while relevant skills such as heavy lifting will support the physical demands of the job.
