We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Installation Specialist to oversee the installation of washroom dispensers across various locations. This is a travel-based position, requiring frequent travel to job sites for installations, team supervision, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has experience in Division 10 Specialties, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage installation teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Execution: Perform and oversee the installation of Restroom dispensers, ensuring proper placement, secure mounting, and functional operation.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise installation technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and facility managers to complete installations on time.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure all installations meet company and industry standards, addressing any deficiencies as needed.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve installation challenges, such as improper wall surfaces, incorrect mounting, or missing hardware.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, punch lists, and any required follow-ups.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the point of contact for end users during installations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Travel: This role requires frequent travel to job sites, sometimes for extended periods, depending on project scope and location.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in washroom dispenser installation, Division 10 Specialties, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in supervising and training installation teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot installation issues efficiently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to job sites.
