Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in tree care activities such as planting, pruning, and removal.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
- Irrigate gardens and landscapes to ensure proper hydration of plants.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols while performing all duties to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance is advantageous.
