Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the health and beauty of lawns, gardens, and other green areas. The Lawn Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-kept landscapes.
- Build and install irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth.
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Provide tree care services, including pruning and removal of dead or hazardous branches.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Dig trenches for irrigation or planting purposes as needed.
- Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to clear pathways and driveways.

Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is essential.
- Basic knowledge of horticulture principles is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
