Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy and visually appealing. This role requires hands-on experience with various lawn care techniques, including mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
• Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
• Implement landscape maintenance practices to enhance the aesthetic value of properties.
• Ensure proper watering techniques are applied to maintain healthy lawns and gardens.
• Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues, applying appropriate treatments as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with various hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of plant species, lawn maintenance techniques, and pest management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
