Compensation : $75,000-$95,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to join our rapidly growing team. The HVAC Install Supervisor will oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light-commercial properties. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

What will your job look like?

Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards

Coordinate with and provide daily feedback to the HVAC Install Manager

Ensure that each installer has the equipment, material, and tools needed to do their job.

Lead a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

Coordinate installation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, materials management, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgetary constraints

Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations

Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during installations, providing guidance and solutions to the installation team

Interface with customers to address concerns, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with installation services provided

Assist in managing material and equipment inventory within vehicles and the warehouse

What do you need?

Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. drivers license.

At least five years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge with at least one year being in a supervisory role, or the desire and capability to be in a leadership role, demonstrating leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.

Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
