Job Description
We are looking for experienced tow truck company dispatchers to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. We are willing to train. Experience with computers and typing job orders into the system is preferred. Training will be held in the mornings or evenings.

Duties include answering phones and dispatching drivers to our customers through our dispatch portal. Calling the customer to verify locations and vehicle information, if customer doesn't answer please send a text to the customer. Call provider to notify them of no response from customer. Taking credit card payments over the phone. keep in contact with the providers regarding status updates. Filling out receipts for incoming and outgoing cash. Staple money, receipt and copy of drivers signed invoice and put in the safe. communicate with drivers via radios.
Salary: Varies Based on Experience
