Our current opening is for a Controls Construction Field Engineer / Technician in our Wichita office. Technician will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality installations possible in an efficient and timely manner while assuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for installing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quality completion of project.
- Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to install, program, and diagnose systems.
- Identifies, analyzes, and diagnoses systems and products at customer's location.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Provides updates to project managers
- Provides technical support to customers.
