Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain and clean floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Conduct custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Carry out industrial cleaning duties in designated areas following safety protocols.
• Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining cleanliness during the process.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained properly and report any issues or needs for replenishment.
• Service days are Wednesday and Friday 2.5 hours per service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
