We are a scratch bakery specializing in cupcakes and cakes, looking for a hard working, self motivated team player to join our crew. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment but also be capable of working independently. The position requires the successful candidate to perform a number of duties in a timely manner while providing an exceptional 5 star customer experience!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive with an energetic demeaner.
- Be knowledgeable of our cupcake flavors and provide details to customers.
- Properly display and package cupcakes and baked goods with attention to detail.
- Take orders and check out customers accurately.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Keep a clean, neat, and orderly working environment.
- Accurately follow recipes to create our scratch cupcake batters and icings.
- Follow guidelines to bake and prepare cupcakes and cakes.
- Thrive in a fast paced & fun working environment.
