Position Title: Sales Representative – Commercial & Industrial Products
Assigned Office Location: Bradenton, Florida
Work Type & Area: Salary Full Time -Hybrid. The Sales Representative’s office will be in Bradenton Florida with a territory covering from Ft. Myers to North Tampa.
Position overview: The sales representative identifies and contacts potential commercial & industrial clients, assesses their product needs, presents and sells a range of equipment and repair services including all door types, dock equipment, shutters, gates, trash compactors and balers, by providing detailed quotes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely service or installations to meet project deadlines, and at times requiring knowledge of building codes and blueprints to accurately measure and specify products.

Key Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales and attending industry events to identify potential customers.
- Customer Needs: Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements. Schedule regular follow ups with established accounts to ensure their satisfaction with our service.
- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of various products including doors, docks, shutters, gates, compactors and balers.
- Quotation and Pricing: Prepare detailed quotes and estimates based on customer specifications. Send pricing to customers and maintain the estimate through job completion.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately. Have responsibility for what you sell through the entire supply chain process.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers, contractors, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Willingness to learn products, systems and processes
- Self-motivation. You are required to show up, work hard, and take care of our customers.
- Strong sales skills, including presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Technical knowledge of our product line, services and hardware
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (not required, but preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and sales tools
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize leads
- You must care about what you do. Not taking care of our customers and doing the minimum, will leave you without a job.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable. You will be driving a company vehicle.
- Abilit to travel with notice anywhere in the US.
- Standard work schedule is Monday – Friday. Additional time may be required to ensure your job responsibilities are current.
