The Role

Responsibilities
- Work at the direction of the Yard Supervisor.
- Receive and unload customers as directed.
- Load trailers and trucks as directed.
- Assist with processing and preparing metals as needed.
- Operate in a safe and efficient manner.
- Present a hospitable and positive face of the company in all public interactions.
Location & commitments
- 95% of time will be spent at C&D Scrap Metal Recyclers. Some travel to other job sites may be required on rare occasions.
- Full-time.
Position requirements
- Strong physical, mental, and manual stamina, including hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- 2 years of heavy equipment experience.
- 2 years in a production environment or equivalent position.
