This is why we’re looking for a tenacious individual to join our company as our newest Entry Level Sales Support Team Member, to learn and assist in nurturing a collaborative and driven environment from the ground up. As an Entry Level Sales Support Team Member, you’ll play a key role in driving our client’s growth by collaborating with internal teams to implement and optimize customized campaign initiatives. Starting at the entry-level, the Sales Support Team Member will receive comprehensive cross-training in sales strategies, Solar industry standards, and management skills.

Entry-Level Sales Support Team Member Responsibilities:
- Learning the fundamentals of assisting customers with sales transactions on a residential campaign at the entry level
- Representing our clients, products, and services in an outreach setting for local communities in the area
- Supporting customer engagement through direct sales strategies at an entry-level
- Nurturing personal relationships with customers from initial contact throughout their ownership of a personal account or service
- Attending weekly meetings with other entry-level employees in the Sales department
- Staying current with promotional materials provided by long-standing client partnerships with other entry-level employees
Entry Level Sales Support Team Member Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales, account management, or client relationship
- Adept communication skills and a willingness to learn and be proactive in receiving feedback frequently within the team
- Balancing independent work with a collaborative environment with other Sales Manager Trainees
- A focus on time management skills and a consistent work ethic at an entry-level
- Proven ability to close sales and drive revenue for clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
