Due to our success, we are now expanding our sales division and are looking for our next Team Member Trainee to take us to new heights.
We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven individuals to join our sales team as the newest Team Member Trainees. In this role, you'll lead sales efforts, educate homeowners on cost-saving solar programs, and drive customer acquisition. Our Team Member Trainees are Responsible For:
- Drive sales growth by identifying, engaging, and setting appointments with prospective customers interested in switching to solar energy.
- Educate community members on the financial and environmental benefits of clean energy.
- Proactively prospect and develop new business through direct customer outreach and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Assist customers in the enrollment process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Follow up with prospective customers to address questions and provide additional information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in company systems
- Work collaboratively with team members and client executives to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts
As A Team Member Trainee, You Must Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, renewable energy, solar, leadership, management, or a related field.
- Strong ability to communicate, persuade, and build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for making our community better and enhancing the customer experience
- Eager to lead fellow team members and with a proven track record in driving sales growth

Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
