· The role demands a first-in, last-out mentality, and the ability to jump into any route on short notice
· Candidates must be able to provide references and a resume, and must have a clean personal background
· This position requires flexibility in working hours, with a typical shift being 10 hours long, and may include both day, evening and night shifts, as well as weekend work (we are a 7 day operation)
· The successful candidate will be a team player with strong people skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
