What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping/Cleaner position at C'est La Vie Vacation Rentals?
Our vacation rental business in Fort Lauderdale is expanding and we are looking to bring on experienced housekeepers/cleaners who have experience cleaning vacation rental homes. This is a part time position with flexible hours, and plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
- Document with video evidence & photos condition of property upon arrival and prior to leaving each property
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies in rooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be dependable & have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Must speak English or Spanish
- Must be efficient, pay attention to detail, and communicate thoroughly
- Must be able to work independently and be self-proficient
- Pass simple background check
