Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on the customer experience as you assist with transactions, build rapport, and recommend solutions to keep customers informed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage risk by reviewing customer accounts and making appropriate decisions regarding the requested transaction.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently; follow all C&F transaction policies and procedures, particularly deposit hold procedures.
- Take ownership of operational risk management tasks as delegated by Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Teller Manager.
- Adhere to the Banks information security policies and manage customer and Bank information appropriately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of teller or cash handling experience.
- One year of customer relationship building experience.
