Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment, buildings, and other facilities. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections on machinery, systems, and equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC, water treatment systems, and lighting.
•  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
•  Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
•  Conduct preventive maintenance trials and recommend improvements in processes and procedures.
•  Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment or systems as needed.
•  Participate in training sessions to stay current on industry standards and safety practices.
•  Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in a facility or industrial setting.
•  Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
•  Proficient in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
•  Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•  Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various work sites as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects 75-100lbs and perform physical labor as required.
• -Comfortable working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, and in confined spaces.
•  Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Heavy lifting: Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling)
