Individual will initially be assigned to the Body Assembly department where team members are expected to be flexible and rotate to different jobs during their shift on an as needed basis depending on workflow and staffing.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall body assembly process of guitar manufacturing.
- Handle materials and components safely and efficiently.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled components.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the assembly process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to body assembly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Familiarity with guitar parts is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
Work Hours: 2nd shift - 2:00p.m. - 10:30p.m. or 2:00p.m. - 11:30p.m. Monday through Friday
Production demands may necessitate overtime Monday through Thursday.
