What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metal Fabricator position at C F Services?
- Position is responsible for manufacturing aluminum railings; layout, assembly, some welding.
- Work involves reading from job sheet measurements, cutting parts to size, screwing railings together, sanding joints smooth, and some light welding.
- Requires good working knowledge of basic math, using tape measure, adding, subtracting, and dividing fractional measurements. Also must understand basic geometry, and be able to work with various angles, calculate slopes, etc.
- Position requires a self-starter, able to do quality work in a timely manner with little supervision, attention to detail is very important.
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent, preferably with some welding experience. Experience in fabrication, assembly, construction, or similar is helpful.
- Leveling / Plum experience required
- Professional Customer Interaction required
