Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
You will either be working in the Door Area manufacturing freezer doors that are distributed to grocery markets or working in the Panel Area manufacturing panels for walk in freezers or freezer compartments.
Experience reading a tape measure, have attention to detail, and prior experience with hand tools is necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly used in production environments.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are upheld.
