What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse worker/Invoicing Clerk position at C F Services?
As an invoice clerk, your responsibilities include:
1. Updating Client Information:
o Ensuring that client details are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Creating and Sending Invoices:
o Generating invoices and statements for customers.
o Checking data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
3. Payment Tracking:
o Monitoring payments and ensuring a healthy cash flow into the company.
4. Reporting Irregularities:
o Identifying and reporting any billing issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company.
5. Logistics Coordination:
o Collaborating with the logistics department to ensure timely dispatch of goods/picking and packing/Invoicing
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
