Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish / English) Weekend Lead to join our team. Shifts are from 6pm-6:30am, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial janitorial supervisor cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with staff training and development
Requirements
- Bilingual - Spanish/English (Required)
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably cleaning supervisor setting
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with cleaning management practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
