Duties and Responsibilities:
Education:
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of relevant work experience or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of relevant experience in at least one of the following research disciplines: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Synthetic Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or related science (non-medical/therapeutics focused

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the defense acquisition process
- Experience evaluating white papers and research proposals for scientific merit, innovative approach within the field, research method and statistical analysis approach and rigor

- Demonstrated ability to communicate visually, construct briefings and information graphics.
