We are seeking an experienced Undersea Medicine SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) professional to support cutting-edge research and development (R&D) efforts in undersea medicine. This role involves synthesizing technical information, supporting science and technology (S&T) transitions, and developing scientific presentations for diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomedical research.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education:
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university or Master’s Degree from an accredited college plus three (3) years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years relevant work experience in at least one of the following research disciplines: Biomedicine or related science
Desired additional qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience in leading independent biomedical research.

- Demonstrated understanding of Science &Technology and Research &Development transition and acquisition pathways
- Develop and deliver high-quality scientific presentations tailored for diverse audiences, including leadership, researchers, and operational personnel.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Prepare technical reports, white papers, and briefings to support research initiatives.
