Our client is seeking a recent graduate with a Chemistry degree to join their team.
This is NOT a lab role
Onsite presence is required to their Summit NJ location as well as some travel to their Skillman NJ office in the beginning
Long term contract
-Identify and resolve critical problems by developing and implementing strategic solutions for raw material and packaging challenges, ensuring seamless E2E business operations across diverse product formulations including Cosmetics, OTC, and Medical Devices.
- Oversee technical assurance processes, manage product specifications, and craft detailed technical reports and metrics. Spearhead global change controls to uphold enterprise compliance and streamline change management procedures.
- Lead a mid-sized team as a hands-on project manager in E2E qualifications of raw materials and packaging components for new product developments (NPD) and existing product lifecycle management (LCM). Ensure compliance with region-specific drug and chemical regulations to support the overall safety and quality of finished goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and execute complex projects, navigate various risk factors, and strategically devise innovative solutions. Enhance operational efficiency and outcomes by developing optimized procedures and working closely with procurement/supply chain teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and mitigate potential losses.
- Drive innovation and streamline processes by identifying and implementing improvements across our internal systems, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of material lifecycle management and supplier management protocols.
