Overview:
In this role the Desktop Support Engineer will be providing technical support services to our employees both in-person and remote technical support assistance. You will be oversee the day to day operation of the desktops, network infrastructure, handling user tickets for our Miami office and other locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day hands-on support for company users which includes executive team
- Document, track and monitor user problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Configuration and management of Windows desktop environments, including VMs, Terminal Servers, AD, DNS and Group Policy knowledge
- Ability to prioritize multiple, competing requests, manage expectations, and provide effective service.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience providing support in a professional IT environment
- Strong Knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange, Azure, Sharepoint, Teams)
- Computer hardware experience is preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must as well as the ability to work well independently
- In-depth knowledge of maintaining Windows 10 OS
- Handling daily support tickets which can range from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support requirements.
- Basic Linux administration is a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
